Online registration for the 2023-2024 school year for grades Kindergarten through 8th Grade will open on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at 12 Noon. IHM Religious Education student registration, including credit card payment, is completed online. 

In-person classes are held once per week. This 23-24 Class schedule will not be based on School District, as in previous years, and will offer more flexibility for parents. Please review see the schedule below.  Registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis.
 

All new registrations require a copy of your child's baptismal certificate. Grades older than first grade require proof of previous religious education, and copies of First Communion and First Penance records (grades 3 - 8).

To register for the Immaculate Heart of Mary Religious Education Program a Family must be a registered Parishioner of IHM Church prior to the start of the new school season.  If you need to register with the Parish or inquire about your IHM Parish Registration/Envelope Number,  please visit this page on our website:  https://ihm-parish.org/new-parishioners.

Student Fees for 2023-2024:
The tuition for the 2023-2024 school year will remain the same as the previous two years: $380.00 for 1 child and $495.00 for 2 or more children. There is a $50 Sacrament Fee for First Holy Communion and a $125 for Confirmation students. Registration is due on or before July 1, 2023.  Registrations received before June 15, 2023, will be given a $25 Early-Bird discount. Placement in a class is not guaranteed if registration is received after July 1.  Registrations received after August 1, 2023 will be charged a $50 late fee.

New Registration System for 23-24
We will be using a new registration system called Parish Giving this year. 

• Returning families will receive an email with a new username and a temporary password for the Parish Giving system on June 6. You will be able to sign in and review your family information, add any additional children if needed, select your classes, and pay the registration fee online by credit card.
• New Families, who want to register a child(ren) for 23-24 and did not have a child enrolled in 22-33,  please fill out the New Family Registration Form starting June 6, 2023

Lack of funds should never be a barrier to a child’s religious education. Families should call the Religious Education Office if a payment plan is needed.
