  or
  2. Will have a change to their normal dismissal/pick-up plan. For example, if your child is allowed to be a walker (dismissed alone), or they can be dismissed to a sibling or someone other than a parent, we need to know.
  
  Please report on the DAY OF THE ABSENCE or the DAY OF THE DISMISSAL. Check to make sure you receive an acknowledgment email, the email will confirm that we received your message. Your form will go to the Rel Ed Main Office and will be forwarded to your child's teacher.
