Annual Baby Bottle Drive for Expectant Mother Care (EMC)
Every Mother’s Day empty baby bottles are handed out to parishioners as they leave Mass. Parishioners are asked to fill the bottles with spare change, cash and/or checks and asked to return them on Father's Day. All donations are given to EMC to help support mobile units, free ultrasounds and testing, pregnancy assistance, residences for moms, and the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual support of families.Annual Bassinet Collection (October)
Annually, in October, a bassinet is placed in front of the Christ the King Altar and parishioners are requested to leave donations of baby clothes, diapers, blankets, and other new baby items. All donations are delivered to the Sisters of Life house in lower Manhattan.Baby Shower & Hearts for Haiti (Clothing and Necessities Drives)
These two events have been sponsored by Pro-Life. Collection dates for requested donations will be in the IHM Bulletin. Items needed for the Baby Shower drive include new baby items for expectant mothers. Items needed for the Hearts for Haiti Drive are for orphanages in Haiti. Items needed pairs of shoes, toiletries.

Pro-Life Committee
Unplanned: A major motion picture that exposes the truth about Planned Parenthood and shows the power of God throughout the 40 Days for Life in action and shares the power of peaceful prayer in front of abortion facilities that has led to saving over 15,000 babies from abortion.The movie was released March 29, 2020 in limited movie theaters. It is available for free and fee on various streaming services.
40 Days to Life: Each day during Lent we are trying to have people stand peacefully outside of the Planned Parenthood facility in White Plains to pray for the unborn. From 8 AM to 8 PM from Ash Wednesday to Easter Saturday we need at least one person to stand and pray. If you feel shy or self-conscious there is usually a group that stands in solidarity to pray from 9-10 every Saturday morning. For additional details please contact Linda Tani at 914-318-3432.

Palliative Care Presentation - March 24, 2021
On March 24, 2021, for those interested in a very timely presentation on End-of-Life Issues, our parish's Pro-Life Committee organized a talk by a Palliative Care nurse speaks about her expertise from a medical perspective and integrates the New York State Catholic Bishops teaching: "Now and at the Hour of Our Death".
